Images of people or places displayed on this Site are either the property of, or used with permission by, EBS World Entertainment. The use of these images by you, or anyone else authorized by you, is prohibited unless specifically permitted by these Terms or specific permission provided elsewhere on this Site. Any unauthorized use of the images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.

The trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively the "Trademarks") displayed on this Site are registered and unregistered Trademarks of EBS World Entertainment and others. Nothing contained on this Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on this Site without the written permission of EBS World Entertainment or such third party that may own the Trademarks displayed on this Site. Your misuse of the Trademarks displayed on this Site, or any other content on this Site, except as provided in these Terms, is strictly prohibited. You are also advised that EBS World Entertainment will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of criminal prosecution.

EBS World Entertainment has not reviewed all of the sites linked to this Site and is not responsible for the content of any linked sites or any link contained in a linked site or any changes or updates to such sites (collectively, "Linked Sites"). EBS World Entertainment does not endorse or make any representations regarding any Linked Sites. Your linking to any Linked Sites is at your own risk.

Although EBS World Entertainment may from time to time monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions, bulletin boards, and the like on this Site, EBS World Entertainment is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such locations nor for any error, infringement, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information within such locations on this Site. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. EBS World Entertainment will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing EBS World Entertainment to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials.

The Site is controlled and operated by EBS World Entertainment from its offices within Los Angeles County, in the State of California, United States of America. EBS World Entertainment makes no representation that materials in this Site are appropriate for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this Site from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with any and all local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. No software from this Site may be downloaded or otherwise exported or re-exported into (or to a national or resident of) any countries that are subject to U.S. export restrictions. By downloading or using software from this Site, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country that is subject to U.S. export restrictions.

EBS World Entertainment may at any time revise these Terms without notice by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current Terms to which you are bound. Your authorization to use this Site automatically terminates without notice if in EBS World Entertainment's sole discretion you fail to comply with any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed materials.

This agreement is entered into in the State of California and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located on Los Angeles County, California, for the purposes of litigating any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms and agree not to commence any such action against EBS World Entertainment other than in such courts.

If any of the provisions of this agreement are held by a court or a tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto relating to the subject matter herein.

EBS WORLD ENTERTAINMENT CORPORATION PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is important to EBS World Entertainment. For this reason, EBS World Entertainment has established the following Privacy Policy.

COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION

In order to enable you to access certain features of this Site or to enhance your experience on this Site, EBS World Entertainment may collect personal information from you. However, EBS World Entertainment will only collect and maintain personal information that you provide voluntarily (e.g., by filling out a form). For example, this Site may contain features such as surveys, forums, games, contests, sweepstakes, subscription registrations, chats, requests for suggestions, and requests for products or services. At the time EBS World Entertainment requests personal information from you, you may be asked whether you want to receive certain information from EBS World Entertainment or its affiliated companies, including information regarding updates to this Site, upcoming events, new releases and products and services that EBS World Entertainment believes will be of interest to you. If you agree to receive such information (i.e., opt-in), EBS World Entertainment may use your personal information to select the information to be sent to you and to send such information to you. You will be provided with the ability to direct EBS World Entertainment to delete your name from its mailing lists at any time (i.e., opt-out) (see How to Opt-Out or Request Changes to Your Information, below).

At the time that EBS World Entertainment requests personal information from you, you may also be asked whether you want to receive certain information from third parties carefully selected by EBS World Entertainment, including products and services that EBS World Entertainment or such third parties believe will be of interest to you. If you agree to receive such information (i.e., opt-in), EBS World Entertainment may share your personal information with such third parties in order to enable such third parties to provide such information to you. You will be provided with the ability to direct EBS World Entertainment not to share your personal information with third parties at any time (i.e., opt-out) (see How to Opt-Out or Request Changes to Your Information, below). However, EBS World Entertainment will not have control over the use of any personal information that EBS World Entertainment shared with third parties prior to receiving your direction not to share such information.

EBS World Entertainment may also offer contests, sweepstakes, or promotions that are co-sponsored with third parties. Either EBS World Entertainment or the co-sponsors may collect information that you provide to enter the contest, sweepstakes or promotion. EBS World Entertainment may use personal information you provide to enter a contest, sweepstakes or promotion to send you information about products and services EBS World Entertainment believes will be of interest to you. EBS World Entertainment will provide you with an opportunity to opt-out of receiving this information at any time after you first receive such information from EBS World Entertainment (See How to Opt-Out or Request Changes to Your Information, below). EBS World Entertainment or the co-sponsors may also provide the personal information you provide to enter a contest, sweepstakes or promotion to third party fulfillment companies so that such companies may process and deliver prizes to winners. EBS World Entertainment will not, however, have control over the use of information about you that is collected by a co-sponsor. You should review each co-sponsor's privacy policies to understand how it may use your information.

EBS World Entertainment may disclose information to law enforcement agencies or regulatory authorities if it is required to do so by a court order, subpoena or the request of a duly authorized government entity. Additionally, EBS World Entertainment may disclose personal information to third parties if EBS World Entertainment has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating EBS World Entertainment's Terms of Use, or interfering (either intentionally or unintentionally) with EBS World Entertainment's intellectual property rights, the rights of other users of this Site or other persons.

PUBLIC FORUMS

From time to time, discussion areas, chat rooms or message boards may appear on this Site. Any information you disclose in these areas will be available to the public and may be collected and used by persons other than EBS World Entertainment. You should not disclose any personal information in these areas that you do not want others to know. EBS World Entertainment does not routinely monitor these areas, and you should use them only at your own risk. Additionally, EBS World Entertainment does not have any control over the age of those who participate in these chat rooms and urges that parents exercise parental control over children. EBS World Entertainment will, however, obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian (as outlined below) before a user who EBS World Entertainment knows to be a child (as defined below) will be permitted to participate in any discussion area, chat room or message board on this Site.

PURCHASES OVER THE INTERNET

Sales of EBS World Entertainment products on-line are currently managed by third party fulfillment houses. If you purchase a product from our on-line store, personal information necessary to fulfill your order, such as your name, mailing address, telephone number and credit card number will be provided to the third parties who manage the sales of EBS World Entertainment products. This information is provided to the third parties under obligations of confidentiality and may not be used by them for any other purposes.

POLICIES THAT APPLY TO CHILDREN UNDER 13 YEARS OLD

The policies in this Section will apply only to (i) personal information collected from children through this Site directed to children, and (ii) personal information collected through EBS World Entertainment's other Sites from users that EBS World Entertainment knows to be children. As used in this Privacy Policy, the terms "child" and "children" will refer to a child, or children, under the age of 13, respectively.

EBS World Entertainment is sensitive to the concerns of parents and is committed to protecting the privacy of any personal information it may collect from children. EBS World Entertainment encourages parents to supervise their children's use of online activities available on the Internet and has developed this Section of the Privacy Policy in accordance with the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA").

EBS World Entertainment may collect personal information from children as described above in "Collection and Uses of Information." Before any personal information is collected from children, EBS World Entertainment will to obtain permission from a child's parent or legal guardian as set forth below;

1. EBS World Entertainment may ask a child to provide his or her e-mail address to EBS World Entertainment to respond to a single, specific request from that child to send information (such as an e-mail card). EBS World Entertainment may respond to the child's request without obtaining parental consent but will send a copy of EBS World Entertainment's response by e-mail to the child's parent or legal guardian (using an e-mail address provided by the child). EBS World Entertainment will delete the child's e-mail address from its records after responding to the request.

2. EBS World Entertainment may ask a child to provide his or her e-mail address to EBS World Entertainment so that EBS World Entertainment can respond to a specific request from that child for information to be provided on a regular basis. Before responding to the child's request, EBS World Entertainment will send the child's parent or legal guardian an e-mail (using an e-mail address provided by the child) notifying them of the child's request and asking them to consent to EBS World Entertainment providing such information by responding to EBS World Entertainment's e-mail. If the parent or legal guardian has not provided consent within two (2) weeks of the e-mail being sent, the child's e-mail address will be deleted from EBS World Entertainment's records and no e-mails will be sent to the child. If the parent or legal guardian does consent, EBS World Entertainment will send another e-mail to the parent or legal guardian confirming such consent. Thereafter, EBS World Entertainment may send such information to the child and will also send a copy of each e-mail sent to the child to the parent or legal guardian.

3. Before collecting personal information, other than a child's e-mail address as set forth in (1) and (2), EBS World Entertainment will obtain consent from child's parent or legal guardian by requiring the parent or legal guardian to either (a) send EBS World Entertainment a signed permission form via fax or regular mail, (b) provide credit card verification, (c) make telephone contact with EBS World Entertainment, or (d) send us an e-mail accompanied by a digital signature or a password which has been provided by EBS World Entertainment to the parent or legal guardian.

4. EBS World Entertainment will notify a child's parent or legal guardian by e-mail (using an e-mail address provided by the child) if their child has won a prize in any game, contest or sweepstakes offered on this Site and request parental consent to send the prize to their child. Parental consent will also be obtained if EBS World Entertainment intends to post the name, age or photograph of contest winners who are children on this Site. A copy of this Privacy Policy, as well as a description of the means by which a parent or legal guardian can provide consent to their child's participation will be contained in all such e-mail notices.

5. EBS World Entertainment may provide a child's personal information to third parties if a child elects to receive information about the products and services of third parties, as described above in "Collection and Uses of Information", or if EBS World Entertainment uses a third party to process orders for products in online stores offered on this Site. These third parties have agreed to maintain the confidentiality, security and integrity of any personal information provided to them by EBS World Entertainment about children and only use such information in accordance with the privacy policies and practices of EBS World Entertainment. EBS World Entertainment will only share a child's personal information with third parties after obtaining consent from the child's parent or legal guardian, as set forth above. If such consent is obtained, EBS World Entertainment may share the child's personal information with such third parties in order to enable such third parties to provide information or products a child has ordered to him or her but for no other purposes. A parent or legal guardian may consent to the collection and use of their child's personal information by EBS World Entertainment without consenting to the disclosure of personal information about their child to third parties.

If EBS World Entertainment requests personal information from a child in order for such child to participate in a particular feature of this Site, such as a game, contest or sweepstakes, EBS World Entertainment will only require the child to provide personal information that is reasonably necessary for the child to access such feature of the Site. EBS World Entertainment may also request additional information but any such requests for personal information will indicate which information a child is required to provide to participate in such feature and which information is optional. EBS World Entertainment will provide a child's parent or legal guardian with the ability to revoke their consent to the collection and use of their child's information at any time. LINKS TO OTHER SITES

The Sites contain links to other Web sites that have privacy and data collection policies that may be different from EBS World Entertainment's. The linked sites are not controlled by EBS World Entertainment, and EBS World Entertainment is not responsible for the content, policies or actions of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site. EBS World Entertainment provides these links as a convenience, not as an endorsement of these other sites. The privacy and data collection practices on any linked Web sites are entirely separate from EBS World Entertainment and are not covered by this Privacy Policy. EBS World Entertainment is not responsible for any third party, or its affiliates or agents, failing to use your or your child's personal information in accordance with such third party's privacy policy, or any contractual or other legal obligations to which such third party, its affiliates or agents, may be subject.

SECURITY

EBS World Entertainment has implemented security measures in order to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the personal information that you provide to EBS World Entertainment. Any time you supply a credit card number, it is transmitted in an encrypted format using industry-standard such as an SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, or other appropriate technology. While these measures are taken to protect you, EBS World Entertainment cannot ensure or warrant that transmission over the Internet is absolutely secure, and as such, you alone must assume the risk of transmitting such information.

CHANGES AND UPDATES TO PRIVACY POLICY

From time to time, EBS World Entertainment may revise this Privacy Policy. You should review this Privacy Policy periodically so that you will be up-to-date on EBS World Entertainment's procedures and policies relating to information EBS World Entertainment obtains from users of this Site. Any consent provided by a parent or legal guardian to EBS World Entertainment will be deemed to apply to the revised privacy policy, unless there is a material change in EBS World Entertainment's data collection, use or disclosure practices, in which case EBS World Entertainment will contact all parents and legal guardians who have consented to the collection of their child's personal information by EBS World Entertainment to notify them of the change and request a new consent. If a renewed consent is not received, EBS World Entertainment will not collect or use personal information about a child in a manner which is inconsistent with the privacy policy under which the child's parent or legal guardian previously provided their consent. If a parent or legal guardian does not provide a renewed consent, EBS World Entertainment may, however, delete the personal information it has collected about their child or prevent the child from accessing certain features of this Site in connection with which EBS World Entertainment collects personal information.

EBS World Entertainment uses cookies and similar devices on this Site to facilitate site-navigation and to customize the information that appears on this Site, including providing advertising targeted to a user's particular interests and preferences. EBS World Entertainment also uses cookies and similar devices to collect non-personal information about users of the EBS World Entertainment website, such as (i) a user's IP address, the type of web browser and operating system being used, (ii) the pages of the website a user visits and (iii) other websites visited after a user leaves this Site. CHANGES TO YOUR INFORMATION

If you would like to change or delete the personal information that you have provided to EBS World Entertainment, you may contact EBS World Entertainment by e-mail at info@ebsla.com. The request to change or delete the personal information must come from the original E-mail address that you registered with EBS World Entertainment. All reasonable steps will be taken to remove your personal information from EBS World Entertainment's database. Please note that EBS World Entertainment can only comply with requests to change or delete information that is contained in EBS World Entertainment's databases. If you have allowed EBS World Entertainment to share information with third parties, EBS World Entertainment is not responsible for deleting your information from, or changing your information in, their databases. You will have to contact the third party separately to request that your information is deleted from, or changed in, the third parties' database.

A parent or legal guardian may view the personal information that EBS World Entertainment has collected about their child by sending an email to EBS World Entertainment at info@ebsla.com. Parents or legal guardians will be required to provide identification before their child's information is released to them. A parent or legal guardian may also revoke their consent to the collecting of personal information about their child at any time by sending an email to EBS World Entertainment at info@ebsla.com. All reasonable steps will be taken to comply with such a request. EBS World Entertainment may, however, terminate a child's participation in a particular feature of this Site as a result of a parent or legal guardian the limiting information collected by EBS World Entertainment about their child or the disclosure of such information to third parties, if the information is necessary to operate a particular feature for the child.
